McGuire-Woods, one of the largest law firms in Charlotte, initiated a program of "Women in Business", which was a series of events giving participants hands-on interactive experiences, such as cooking classes, theatre presentations and day trips. The Idea People were charged with creating, designing and printing save-the-date reminders, program collateral, and invitations to each event. The program was so successful the firm has repeated it each year.
