We developed the 777-JUNK Web App for customers to select the date and time from a real-time calendar program. The Web App allowed the customer to estimate their service charges based on how much junk they needed hauled away. The Web App captured each customer's physical location and saved the information for future visits. Our custom Web App included an interactive program for the Call Center that 777-JUNK uses at night and on the weekends.

777Junk asked The Idea People to develop a new website that contained an online appointment scheduling system, along with a call-center application, and an extensive backend management solution. Their new website allows users to schedule appointments easily. The application automatically notifies company drivers via SMS text messaging, and the call center application automatically updates after a caller has scheduled an appointment.
