The Idea People have been supporters of the American Red Cross for many years. The Carolinas Chapter, which serves many counties of North and South Carolina, needed a major redesign of their website with emphasis on the ability for them to update the site as needed. The Idea People built them a website in Expression Engine, and reorganized the site based on usability. We introduced a blog, as well as social media to the website, which has proven to grow their volunteer base by 30% and drive donations up 25% in a very tight economy.
